FAQ
SHIPPING OVERVIEW
We take protection of your wine seriously. Due to our minimal-intervention winemaking, we will do everything in our ability to treat it with the utmost care. Our specially designed packages will be utilized on every shipment. In our sustainability efforts, you are encouraged to reuse and/or recycle these packages. We also recommend our boxes for your future wine transport, we aim to please.
SHIPPING RULES
An Adult Signature (21+) is required upon delivery. We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to a business rather than a home address. Our shipper (Vinoshipper) cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
All orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following Tuesday, unless otherwise requested. Our wine is shipped in insulated boxes, so your wine will stay protected despite temperature fluctuations.
We provide many different shipping options in order for you to select the delivery method that best suits your needs. Just a note that shipping is subject to change. Please contact us at info@hudsonchathamwinery.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding our shipping policies.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
HCW is committed to guests having the most positive experience, so we want to hear from you if there is a problem with any of our selections upon receiving + enjoying them. However, due to the special nature of the wines we sell, there are some special rules affecting returns and refunds.
In the event that you purchased the wine in-person at our vineyard tasting room/an offsite HCW pop-up: Please contact us directly at info@hudsonchathamwinery.com.
In the event that you purchased the wine online and have not received the products that you ordered: Please contact Vinoshipper at 1.866.678.8466 so they may investigate the reasons.
If the wines you ordered arrive damaged upon delivery:
Please do not accept the order from the shipping company if the package is visibly damaged. Please call Vinoshipper immediately at 1.866.678.8466 so they may work with you to get the wines replaced.
If you received different wines from those which you ordered:
Please call Vinoshipper at 1.866.678.8466 so they may work with you to get the wines replaced.
You are solely responsible for selecting the shipping method. Our third-party shipper assumes no liability for wines that are or may be damaged by heat or cold during shipping. If you feel that temperature extremes during shipping may impact the quality of our wines, we suggest that you choose an express shipping method to help protect your purchase. If our website indicates that the wines you've selected may be in short supply, please call Vinoshipper at 1.866.678.8466 and they will try to help you to ensure that your order can be accepted in that moment whilst the wines are shipped at a later date pending availability.
If you have any questions regarding the status of any return/refund request, please email returns@vinoshipper.com listing your original purchase transaction number in the title.
